Welcome Jacob to the Team!
We’re excited to introduce the newest member of our team, Jacob, who joins us as our new Account Services Support!
Jacob brings a unique and well-rounded background that blends creativity, design, and customer-focused experience. Most recently, he worked with Closets By Design, where he designed and sold custom closet solutions—helping clients bring both functionality and style into their homes. Before that, Jacob spent an impressive 15 years with The North Face, where he specialized in visual merchandising and store design, shaping retail environments and enhancing customer experiences across the brand.
Originally from Detroit, Michigan, Jacob has a deep appreciation for both design and structure—something that shows up not only in his professional journey but also in his personal interests. Outside of work, Jacob enjoys a well-balanced life. He loves reading—especially history, politics, and sci-fi, spending time with family, hitting the gym, cooking, and playing with his dog. He’s also traveled extensively, having driven back and forth across the country multiple times, which speaks to his adventurous spirit and curiosity.
When we asked him, why he chose KCC, he shared that he’s always been fascinated by engineering and large-scale construction projects, especially things like skyscrapers and suspension bridges. As he puts it:
“Seeing equipment for projects like that rolling down the road is interesting and feels like it’s a part of that construction process. It’s just cool!”
