We have great news! Our girl, Whynter is switching it UP! She is officially switching to the Sales side.
Whynter’s previous position was the Support Coordinator for the Freight Management department. She is now going to be helping and providing support to the Sales team and also the Marketing department. Her new title is Customer Service Advisor.
We asked her what she is most looking forward to with changing into this new role and she explained, “I am most excited about changing positions because I will get to see firsthand how the Customer Sales team works from a different perspective. I look forward to learning new skills and eventually growing into other roles as I gain more experience in this department. I’m excited to expand on current and new relationships with our customers. I really want to make a difference in the quality of service that our customers receive, and this is a great way for me to do that!”
Here is a little more background about our girl, Whynter:
She has been working for KCC for a little over two years now. She started back with us in May of 2021.
She actually started as a Temp in the Support Coordinator role and became a permanent employee only after two months!
We are excited to have her join in on the Sales & Marketing team and learn new skills. We believe she will be a great asset and an awesome addition.
We are happy Whynter has continued to grow with us and is now adventuring into a new perspective of the company. We wanted to know why she has continued working here at KCC, she exclaimed, “I’ve continued to work at KCC because of the workplace relationships I’ve developed, both internally and externally, and the culture of the company meshes really with me as an individual.”
