It’s an exciting time here at the Kenneth Clark Company. We just welcomed five new employees to our crew! We are thrilled to expand our team and grow as a company. It has been very exciting getting to know these new individuals.
We first welcomed Melissa to our accounting team as our head Accountant. We also welcomed Beth, as our new Customer Service Support Specialist that will be working along side all of our departments. And lastly, we welcomed three new hires to our Freight Management team. James, Quanche and Ashely are all joining as new Carrier Sales Reps.
We would like to introduce them to you…
Melissa went to school at Wilkes University in Wilkes-Barre PA, while majoring in Accounting with a minor in Finance. She loves to spend time with her three grown children, Matthew, Ryan and Megan. She also loves to cook, play cards, and spend time with friends. When we asked her, why did you choose us? Melissa, explained “I chose KCC because after reading the cleverly worded job description and then taking one look at the website I could tell it would be an inviting, energetic, and challenging environment. Plus – there’s an office DOG!”
Beth graduated from Rollins College with a major in Sociology. When she’s not working with us she enjoys sporting events, concerts, hanging out with family and getting involved with animal rescues. Here are her words exactly for the reason why she picked KCC: “I wanted to work for a successful company that gives their employees every chance to succeed.”
James went to Howard University and then transferred to the University of D.C. His main focus in school was history and Urban Studies. James likes to relax, spend time with family and friends and maybe go on some short trips in his free time. We are excited he chose to join our work family, he exclaimed, “I like that it’s a small company, concerned about its employees, and family oriented.”
Quanche graduated from University of Baltimore and majored in Jurisprudence with the goal of continuing on to Law School. She enjoys taking vacations and spending time with her children. She also loves beaches and eating good food. We were thrilled to have her come onboard. When we asked her what made her choose KCC for her next career adventure, she explained, “I chose KCC because of the family feel and the in-depth training that would be provided. Also, the growth opportunities are an added bonus!”
Ashley attended UMBC and started out majoring in Psychology and then switched to a physical therapy aid program. Outside of work, she explained, “I love spending time with my nephews and going to all of their sporting events. My wife and I love taking our puppy on hiking trails whenever we have a day free to go. I love spending time with all of our animals.” And when we asked her why the Kenneth Clark company, she said, “I chose KCC because it is a career I never considered before, but after learning more about the company I felt that with all my prior job experience it seemed to be a great opportunity to not only expand in settling into a career but to also challenge myself along the way and working with a fantastic team!”
