This load in particular was a very cool load to ship. We delivered this crane for one of our clients and it turns out that it was a prop used for a new upcoming Netflix show!
The show, Florida Man, will be coming out this year. It’s a thriller about an ex-cop returning to his home state of Florida to find a mobster’s runaway girlfriend, what should’ve been a quick gig turns into a wild odyssey.
This 12′ high, 11′ wide and 25′ long crane was used as a background set dressing. When you watch the show, make sure to look out for this 80,000 pound crane in the background!
We transported this oversize load from Massachusetts all the way down to North Carolina for a total of 741 miles. We needed a 7 axle RGN trailer to handle this cargo. Not only do we love moving cranes, but to find out it’s a “famous” one, made it that much more exciting to deliver it on time, on budget and safely to it’s destination. Any type of equipment or machinery you need to ship from point A to point B, we are happy to do it!
