Maryland is the home of The Kenneth Clark Company. We love the comfort of our home state, and our office is located in the city of Columbia. Some fun transportation history for you is in 1830, the first railroad station “Mount Claire Station” was built in the city of Baltimore. We can imagine that people liked to stop by for our abundance of seafood delicacies. Although we have many clients that live all over the United States. We wanted to give them a little piece of our home.
Maryland is frequently known for its abundance of crab delicacies and delicious recipes. We pretty much put crab on everything, crab chips, crab dip, crab pretzel, crab soup, crabby melt, crab cake, crab balls, and the list goes on and on. We also like to put old bay on everything. Marylanders will put the seasoning on just about anything from crabs to fries, to popcorn, etc. It’s what we are known for, and we aren’t afraid to show it.
To give you a little piece of our delicious crabbiness, here is a recipe for yummy crab cakes. You can make them at home for dinner or even for a party; they are suitable for any event! So if you ever visit Maryland, make sure to get a least one crab related item on the menu, you won’t regret it.
