As a team building exercise, our Freight Management team got together last weekend for a company excursion. At the recent event our team ventured into an innovative approach to foster team collaboration and creativity by doing a breakout room! Our Director of Operations, Karen, specifically picked this activity. Designed to encourage brainstorming, problem-solving, and camaraderie among her team. The breakout game was a highlight, leaving a lasting impact on the teams dynamics.
