World of Asphalt 2025 Giveaway Disclaimer

Here are the details and terms for participation:

• Prizes:
  • One (1) $500 Marriott gift card will be given away at the end of the show day on Tuesday March 25th.
  • One (1) $750 Southwest gift card will be given away at the end of the show day on Wednesday March 26th.
• Eligibility:
  • To be entered for a chance to win, you must have your badge scanned by a KCC employee during the event.
  • Each badge scan counts as one (1) entry. Only one (1) entry per person is allowed.
  • Participants must provide valid contact information during the scan to remain eligible. Participants providing false or incomplete information during the badge scan will be disqualified.
• Winner Selection:
  • A random drawing will take place at the end of the designated show days at 4:00 PM (Tuesday, March 25, and Wednesday, March 26, 2025) at KCC #Booth 646.
  • Winners must physically claim their prize no later than 12:00 PM on Thursday, March 27, 2025. If a winner is not present to claim the prize, an alternate winner will be randomly selected.
• Conditions:
  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
  • Winners must be willing to pose for a picture when claiming their prize for promotional purposes.
  • By entering, participants agree to allow KCC to use their name, likeness, and photograph for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
  • This giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
  • KCC reserves the right to modify or terminate the giveaway at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond its control.
  • KCC assumes no responsibility for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from participation or the use of the prize.
